What exactly is the $99?
A refundable reservation that holds your place in Nura’s first production run and brings you development updates while the product is being built. The full $99 is credited against the price of your device when you complete your order.
Is it genuinely refundable?
Yes. Ask for it back at any point before you complete your final order and we return the full $99 to the card you paid with. You do not need to give a reason.
Does this purchase the device?
No. This is a reservation, not a purchase of the final device. Nothing beyond the $99 is charged until you review the final product details, price and delivery window and actively choose to complete your order.
What will Nura cost, and when will it ship?
We’re targeting first deliveries in 2027. Reservation holders will be among the first to receive Nura and will receive final pricing and delivery details ahead of fulfillment.
Your $99 reservation is fully refundable and will be applied toward your Nura when it’s ready.
What does Nura measure?
Nura is being designed to understand how your skin is behaving over time, not just capture a single snapshot.
Its sensing system is being developed to assess skin signals related to things like hydration, barrier condition, sensitivity and visible changes, then combine that information with relevant context to help determine what your skin may need next.
We are still validating exactly which measurements will be included in the first production device, so we will publish the final sensing capabilities and specifications before purchase.
What data does Nura store?
Today, your reservation only requires your contact information and a payment reference.
Nura is designed to use your skin readings, preferences, and formulation history to personalize your skincare and understand how your skin changes over time. As additional features and integrations become available, we’ll clearly explain what information they use and the controls available to you.
